Please note:
- The above rates are quoted for indication purposes only and are subject to variation. For confirmation of the rate you would get on a specific deposit amount please call our HSBC Premier helpline on +44 1534 616313.
- Interest on sterling accounts is calculated on a 365 day basis. Interest on most currency accounts (including US dollars and euro) is calculated on a 360 day basis.
- Interest rates are set according to the type of account and the amount deposited.
- Interest on the Cheque deposit account is paid half-yearly in April and October
- Interest on Fixed Deposit Accounts is paid on maturity for terms of one year and less.
- Interest is quoted as the gross rate per annum, paid without the deduction of tax.*
- If funds are deposited after midday they will be processed the next working day at the prevailing rate.
